Why use a snapperbag?

There are 2 main reasons to use a snapperbag:

1. Avoid night waking - When a child kicks off blankets in their sleep and can't retrieve them they cry out, potentially waking the whole family. A snapperbag is another layer, like a blanket, but secure so it won't be kicked off.
2. Safety - Studies have found the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome can be greatly reduced by minimising the amount of loose bedding in cots. Sids for Kids recommend "...your baby's face and head stay uncovered during sleep..." and suggest one way to do this is "...a safe baby sleeping bag: one with a fitted neck and arm holes." With this in mind, the snapperbag was designed.

Why doesn't the snapperbag have sleeves?

Health Authorities recommend sleeping bags without sleeves to prevent overheating during sleep. Simply dress your child in season-appropriate sleepware and pop a snapperbag over the top to ensure they are safe and snuggly.

Why are there 3 types of snapperbags?

As the seasons change the weight of the sleeping bag required changes also. Using a bag year round offers security and comfort to your child keeping the cold at bay in winter, the early morning chills out in autumn and spring and even the mosquitoes off in summer.

How do I wash my snapperbag?

To keep your snapperbag bright and beautiful, wash on a cool, gentle cycle and hang on the line to dry.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been received and payment processed your snapperbag will despatched the next business day and should be received in 1-2 days (depending on location).
